Since 2005, Brendala’s leadership approach at HealthPro has remained focused on corporate strategy including innovation, process improvement and creating high performance environments that deliver quality results to clients. Her ability to engage HealthPro employees and leverage their abilities and knowledge produces high benchmarks of performance.
Before HealthPro, Brendala worked for Citizens National Bank and Bank One Corporation in various progressing managerial roles within Human Resources and Accounting Services. Her innate nature to objectively balance human resources with business metrics and needs provided for aligned resources with company profitability. In addition, as a prior independent HR consultant, she provided personalized and exceptional client service results meeting clients’ staffing regulatory requirements.
Brendala is an active member of the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA), Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), Healthcare Business Management Association (HBMA) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She holds a BA in Business Administration from Franklin University and Associates degrees in Human Resources and Business Management.
