When you choose us as your billing company, we make it a point to dig into your business: we meet with the key personnel in your practice that we’ll be dealing with, visit all your locations, and perform a complete audit and analysis of your situation. Then, the real work begins. We take care of everything to ensure a smooth transition from your previous billing arrangement to our system and keep you in the loop every step of the way.
In most cases, we prefer to employ a 30 to 60-day transition period because we’ve found that this timeframe makes life easier for our clients. Sometimes though, we understand that transitions need to be fast-tracked. If you have a situation that finds you in immediate need of a new billing service, we can use a quick-start implementation strategy that can bring you online as quickly as a week or less. In cases like these, we still perform every step of the usual process, but we allocate more support resources (more personnel, etc.) to meet the accelerated timeline. It will still take the usual amount of time for your actual billing receipts and revenues to ramp up to our expectations of acceptability, but we’ll be handling your business almost immediately.
